We have renewed our subscription by telephone using a different bank account, we have now been given new key however there is no way of inputing this, I have reinstalled software and it is still the same. in my accounts I now have 2 keys 1 expires on the 19/09/2009 and the 2nd expirers 27/08/2010 so we are losing 21 day cover ??hope you can help::confused:

Hi OLDSOUNDMAN,
Can you send me your license details or order number by Private Message and I will be able to assist you further. I will also move over the 21 days leftover to the new subscription and assist with removing the old key.
