Some days ago AVG issued a "resident shield alert", identifying multiple threats: exe files initially identified as a worm, Autoit.dbv. AVG removed the exe files, but they have reappeared. Each time the files will have different names (such as lryfsw.exe and zunlug.exe); they will appear always in the same places in the disk (in those folders, btw, they will also create system files named khq, khu or khv with 0 Kb, which I have been deleting myself). Later on AVG identified the same process as Trojan horse Generic_c.BBBI.
I then started trying new softwares, like spybot, ad-aware and malware bytes, running them sometimes in the safety mode. The problem continues, though they were able to spot some problems. I finally bought Spyware Dr. But the problem is still there! And this morning pcbot issued a warning, telling me that it had found a file which is part of a malware, pctsSvc.exe, in the Spyware Doctor folder. The recommendation was to exclude the file, which I didn't do, for then I started to fill the form for this forum and the computer crashed...
I guess that a first recommendation would be to uninstall some of those softwares so as to avoid incompatibilities. But which ones? And, then, what else should I do?
