Has anyone had any problems getting the license for spyware doctor after the purchase was made?

I purchased mine 4 days ago, sent 3 support tickets and the information showing it has been purchased, the money has been taken from my account and I have not heard anything back from pc tools support regarding this and I have yet to receive my license.

Any information and assistance is greatly appreciated.

If you purchased retail, your license should be in the box,

If you purchased online, you should be able to go to My Account and get your license info.

I have tried to sign into my account and get my license since I did do it online but it says I have not purchased anything.

That is the reason I also sent a support ticket and included my purchase information that I received in my email with the order number and date.

Still no reply 4 days later. This is why I am posting here.

No numbers to contact support anywhere only the support ticket system.

Thank you for your responses so far but I have also tried that and not gotten anywhere with that either.

I have added everything I could think of in my support tickets that have been sent but again not received any response.

You are the first to actually respond to anything and I appreciate any help you may be able to give.

Your best bet is Achen. PM him with all your info and he should be able to fix it tomorrow. Sorry, not much more that I can do.

Hi Tacphotobeat,

Please see the email sent for more info. Appears you used a different email to the one you used to purchase, this is why MyAccount is not displaying the information.
