Site Guard

My site guard is deactivated,i tried to unisntall & reinstall but still don't work

I tried to install sg addon but the setup says i already have sg installed

What exactly are you running? SD or SD with AV? And do you have the current version 6.1.0.447?

Make sure your addons are set correctly in My Account

Addons:
Email Guard, Site Guard and Behavior Guard are available as optional add-ons to subscribers. You can enable/disable add-ons from 'My Licenses' section in MyAccount. For more detail on available add-ons visit: http://www.pctools.com/spyware-doctor/addons/
Please Note: Site Guard, Email Guard and Behavior Guard addons are not yet available on a 64 bit Operating System.

If all that is correct, then I suggest uninstalling the product, delete \program files\spyware doctor and re-install the product.
