I assume that you meant spyware doctor with antivirus.

If this is so, I would suggest an uninstall, delete \program files\spyware doctor and re-install.

Is "check-mark.com" the exact correct spelling?

I have spyware doctor with antivirus and can get to the site just fine although the url you provided does re-direct to westcoastlabs.com/checkmark/.

Do you have any other anti-malware running?
