where's my file

So I see the file after a deep scan, and I click restore or whatever it's called and file is not in selected place under settings. Thanks -

Could you please elaborate further on the problem.

Are the files being displayed after a deep scan?
Where is the file located (the one you are trying to restore)?
Ensure the destination folder has enough space and it is not a network drive or CD-ROM... etc
Could you try recovering other files other than this one and see if it works? (There may be a problem trying to recover this specific file as it may not exist or has become corrupted somehow)
