Help I have been infected with Malware\Spyware that Spyware Doctor can't and won't remove. Thanks in advance.

Plus I am running PC Tools Anti Virus, which has not detected and removed it. What are my options?

Try malwarebytes antimalware with full scan option from malwarebytes.org.

It is free and a good backup standalone scanner, no online protection, so it will not conflict with SD or PCTAV.

Also try Avira Antivirus free edition. However, when you are done with the scan, uninstall or disable it as it will conflict with PCTAV

Many of these rogue products mutate.
