problem with DOS

i have a problem -- i restarted my computer in ms-dos mode to delete a "infected wsock32.dll", deleted that file -- now windows will not start. keeps booting into DOS mode..

please let me knoe whats going on if anyone out there knows ;[[[[

I would restore the system files from WIN 98 CD
Boot with the start up disk
Boot with cd support
CD\ tools
CD\sysrec
Type " pcrestor"
will restore system files.
Will need the codes

In DOS, type:
ren c:\windows\system\wsock32.ska wsock32.dll

thanks, but i have already reformated and reinstalled windows ;\. lost some stuff, but wasnt that important. thanks anyway.
