Twice in a row, I have had the same issue so I figured I'd come here and see if I can get some help.
When I do a quick scan, these threats don't come up, but the following happens during a full scan. Around mid-way through, I see there are three threats, two high (Adware.Agent!sd5, Trojan.Agent!sd5) and one medium (Adware.Agent!ct), but when it finally finishes scanning, it would freeze (says that it does not respond when looking at its status through the Windows Task Manager) for a couple minutes before unfreezing, but not fixing anything, or allow me to fix anything.
When I click on "Status," on the bottom right there's a red line next to "Results to Review" that says, "3 infection(s)". But when I click on it and I see my results, I am unable to click on "Fix Checked" and receive notice that a bug/error occurred and am asked to send a bug report. So I go through the process of sending that bug report, but am told that it failed being sent.
Am completely at a loss what to do now. Apparently I have serious threats on my computer, but Spyware Doctor will not allow me to erase them. If it helps, I do have something opened called a pctsGui.exe file with tabs called general, call stacks, modules, processes, hardware, cpu regs, stack dump, disasm and error details. Unfortunately, it will not allow me to send a bug report, but if there is anything there I can cut-and-paste or otherwise get to you, let me know. Thanks.
