Hi PC Tools

Do you not offer any UK telephone support? I bought PC Tools File Recover but it didnt do what I expected and therefore I wish to get my full refund as its obviously within 30 days...

There is no telephone number to call in the UK, and I'm not able to call either America or Australia..

I have sent 4 emails now and no reply. Could someone please help me with this, in getting my money back please.

Yes, I've tried Live Chat using both IE6/Win XP at home and not been sucessfull in connecting, and I've also tried on my iMac at work in both safari and firefox and its says Live Chat is unavailable. :confused::(
