Spyware Doctor With Antivirus

I have a problem with my newly puchased program. I cannot run the program when I am on the internet (Dial-up). If I have the program enabled I get a black screen which throws me off line and my computer reboots. I am only good for about 2-5 minutes online then game over.If I have the program disabled or shut down I have no problems online. Any suggestions as to what is doing this would be greatly appreciated. My program version in 6.0.1.441. I am running xp home edition with sp3. I have no other security software on my system and I do not run windows firewall. System is totally up to date let alone a clean install(reformatted system). I have tried looking for a solution but was unable to find one. Hope I can here.

Hi Cher2,

Could you send me your license code via a Private Message. I want to try temporarily disabling the the Addons (Site Guard, Email Guard and Behavior Guard) to see if we can break down the problem. I haven't seen this issue before and we'll need to do some troubleshooting steps to try and figure this one out.
