Hi,

Had an invalid registration code on a computer that would not let me use the software nor do updates. Purchased a new license, but cannot use the new license. I won't go any further, as there are several other posts related to this same issue. Based on the suggestions from the other related posts, I contacted support, but haven't heard from them in 48 hours. Why is this process so difficult and why does it take support longer than 48 hours to respond to a paying customer.

Is there some higher level support that I can pay to get prompt responses from? I will be reformatting and requesting a refund if I don't hear back by mid day tomorrow. :confused:
