Email Guard not detected

The IntelliGuards offered include: File Guard, Email Guard and Memory Guard.



I have purchased the PC Tools Security for Netbooks 2009. However, the Email Guard feature is missing? Do you have any reccomendations?

Could you try uninstalling PC Tools Security and then reinstalling to see if this resolves the issue. Please make sure you have an internet connection when installing and run a Smart Update after.

I just did a quick test and the install came with EG.
If after the uninstall/reinstall and you are still not receiving EG, could you please go to Start-> Run-> Type %temp% and send us the setuplogs. We can then check this out further.

I reinstalled and now I have EG available. Thank you for your help.
