Renew Failure

Got an add from PCTools to renew early and save 20%. Decided to do so and clicked on the appropriate box in the e-mail add that connects to email.pctools. com. Been trying it for a while and it simply times out. Mildly frustrating as renewing a subscription in response to a email add shouldn't really be all that hard.

Maybe a server is simply taking a nap.

Subscription renewed, just was a tad frustrated having tried for a while and failed.
