Spyware Doctor Unable to install

When trying to install SD I get an error message as per the attached.What are your thoughts. RobS

First make sure SD is uninstalled and remove the \program files\spyware doctor if it exists.

If you have no other antimalware running then try a re-install.

If that fails then you may have an infection preventing the install try:

download, install and run CCleaner, both cleaner and registry

download, install and scan with Malwarebytes Antimalware and Avira Antivirus. Both are free. When done uninstall Avira if you have another primary antivirus program. Malwarebytes is OK to keep for backup scanning.

I got an error message about not being able to unpack files. I shut down SD, TF, FW+ and Avast and it went fine.
