cookie guard maxes cpu

I finally determined that cookie guard is what is causing my cpu to race and max out, but this occurs only when more than one user is logged on. I hope PC Tools jumps on this.

You might want to try CCleaner. Set the options to save the cookies that you want and clean the rest. Sometimes that helps.

Also set your IE options, Privacy, Advanced, Override, accept 1st party, block 3rd party, accept session cookies. You need to set this for each user. That will help.
