how to know if i have keylogger?scanner?

hi guys ..i just installed a program that i saw on a game forum...then i saw a reply in the forum that it has keylogger...and now i dont know what to do and dont know if i have keylogger now..please help....and please help me remove if i have keylogger(virus)...any suggestions? i use spyware doctor..but is spyware doctor capable of detecting key loggers? if not please help me...:(
