Visiting http://support.amd.com/us/gpudownload/windows/Legacy/Pages/radeonaiw_vista64.aspx?type=2.4.1&product=2.4.1.3.20&lang=English and clicking on 'Release Notes' downloadable .pdf file, a new TAB opens up in Internet Explorer 8 and then APPCRASH is generated and the TAB is restarted, but fails to go to the right destination, instead it goes to a page stating "Unauthorized Download". It'll happen every time until I stop Browser Defender from loading up. :(

Is a crash dump needed?

I just gave this a test run, but could not recreate the problem. Could you please provide the crash dump? I'm tested on a XP, SP3 with IE8. However, will try it on Vista now.

Could you confirm the version of IE8, is it 32 bit or 64 bit?

We tested on Vista, IE8 64 bit and could not reproduce the problem.

Doesn't it boldly state right on the official website that Browser Defender is "Designed for Windows® Internet Explorer 5.5+ (32-bit only)" ...?

So why would I run 64-bit version of Internet Explorer that Browser Defender doesn't support and report non-Browser Defender related problems?

... Yes, I'm running Internet Explorer 8 (.0.6001.18783) the 32-bit version.
