I got the new software and it works great. The only problem I had is in windows XP when I am in safemode the volume control is grey out how do I fix this

Safe mode uses only a bare minimum of drivers so that is probably why.

It has nothing to do with Spyware Doctor.

If the volume control works in normal mode, you are OK.

it works just fine in normal mode, When I had WIN 98 I think volume control worked in safemode.
