Hi, I have a url and icon which i need to distribute. I need a means of sending via e-mail and installer which unpacks the files, puts the shortcut url on the startmanu, and then associates the url with the shortcut.
I am in desperate need of help asap, any would be appreciated. Many thanks in despair!
