Yesterday I checked my email and I got an email from me but I never sent any email to myself. I am the only one who knows my acct info. Someone told me that it is a program that changes the email add of the spam mail to my own email making it look it came from me. Is there any way to remove this with spyware doctor?

Yes, spammers can do this. I don't know how do it, but they can spoof your email address to make it look like you sent the spam. Or, it could be a virus or a worm. Some viruses will send an email to everyone in your address book. Some don't even need to use your email as they come with there own SMTP server.
I would run full virus and spyware scans immediately.

I have did a full scan with norton, spyware doctor, adaware and even windows defender... It's all clean. So I guess this is more of a spam?

I would guess that it was a spammer. But you might wish to download a couple more on demand spyware scanners just to doube check. I would hate to dismiss this and then find out you have a keystroke logger on your machine.
You can download both AVG Antispyare (formerly Ewido) and SuperAntispyware and do scans with both of them. They are both free. If both of them come up empty and Spyware Doctor comes up empty, I would feel confident that you do not have any spyware. You can always unistall these programs after the scan.
If you are REALLY fstill freaked out, download "hijack this" and post your log at Castle Cops or Spyware Warrior forums.

I have used both of the programs you mentioned and everything was clean. I guess the spam was removed already or is there any other way to check whats goin on?

I am confident that you do not have spyware based onthose scans. I can't be confident on exactly what happened though. I am just not that knowledgeable.
To look at the details of the email, you can open the email, click on "file", click "properties", then click the "details" tab. You may get some more information from the details that could shed some light on the subject.
But I am afraid that it might take someone smarter than me to figure it out. Good luck my friend.
