Recovering FLV files ?

Can the software recovers FLV files ? and if ya , how is that coz i have been trying to recovers those files by using all the kind of scans (deep and physical) but nothing seems to be working :(

Did you check you recycle bin?

Flash Video content may also be embedded within SWF files.

Look for those.

File recover is not yet able to recover FLV files.
