Outlook 2000 Attachment Security

Has anyone tried the Reg edit to manage attachment security in Outlook 2000? http://www.winguides.com/registry/display.php/793/

I've been unable to get this to work on my Win2K machine.

the information given was taken from Microsofts KB, so it will be ok for stand-alone versions of Outlook. Did you connect to windowsupdate.microsoft.com to get the most recent service packs for Outlook (may be necessary for the information to work correctly) ?

Yes, I've just recently installed all the avaiable service packs, bringing both WIN2K and Outlook 2000 to SP1 plus any available critical updates.

There is SP2 for Office 2K. You may want to check it out.
