Anyone can help me to troubleshoot this problem:
1. How to do remote editing of registry on user PC (WinNT 4.0 workstation)?

REGEDIT has in the Registry menu an item "Connect Network Registry...", is that what you are looking for ?

Don't forget the service and more few things...
1. Print and File Sharing
2. Remote Registry service
3. Permissions.

What Operating System are you using to access the remote NT station?
