Operating_System: Windows 95/98
Browser_Type: IE 5.0
Internet_Connection: DSL
I cannot open the site at www.dialpad.com (it says page cannot be displayed). Most recently I could open it at simply dialpad.com (no www). However, now when I enter my login id, it says connecting to 64.14.212.30, then it says page cannot be displayed. My other computer has no problems. I have emptied the cache, removed all cookies and deleted history files. Any ideas?

Try the Internet Explorer repair feature first. Go to Start>Settings>ControlPanel>Add/Remove Programs, scroll down until you see Microsoft Internet Explorer 5 & Internet Tools, click the Add/Remove button and select repair.
Or go to Start>Run, type msinfo32, click the Tools menu and select Internet Explorer Repair Tool.
If you don't have that option, I'd suggest upgrading to IE5.5 with Service Pack 1 which includes 128-bit encryption. Hrere's a link:

Thanks for your suggestion. I tried the repair approach, but it still doesn't work. Also, I downloaded the latest version of Netscape and it also has the same problem. At one time I was running a program called TweakDun. I have since removed it, but do you think that it may have assigned an address to this site that is no longer valid. I have deleted dialpad.com and TweakDun from the registry, but perhaps something is embedded.
Any other suggestions would be very much appreciated.
