Proxy Server

Hello :

if i want the proxy server to stay forever, so that no one can change it, and i want to do it through the regedit, how can i do that?

Set the proxy settings the way you prefer, then backup the registry and/or export the following key:
go to Start>Run, type regedit. Navigate to:


HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Software\Policies\Microsoft\In ternet Explorer
Right-click on the Internet Explorer key, choose new>Key, name it Control Panel. right-click on that, choose new>DWORD value, name it Proxy and give it a value of 1.

This will prevent changes to proxy server settings.
