Is there an easy way to restrict IE to one site?

Customer is using online ordering but doesnt want people to access anything but the one site.

In IE you can use the evil evil PICSRules under the rating sections. Make your own PICSRules that only allows access to that domain. Everything else will be denied access. You might have to add urls of the stuff that is on their page that isn't hosted at their domain. A good reference site for PICSRules is www.w3.org/TR/REC-PICSRules
