I would like to recognize Flamer0n's hard work in single handedly translating ThreatFire 4.5 into Albanian. Again, Very Impressive!

As with Saner, There will be something in the mail at the end of the month for you as a Thank You.

Whats Next?
As Albanian is one of the first languages to hit 100%, you may not be aware of what happens from here. As PC Tools Together is just starting out we have all community translators and no community reviewers. Even though there will be promotions in the near future, the Albanian will be reviewed internally before being released in the form of a Community Language Pack that can be applied to the existing ThreatFire product.

This is a fairly short process and we would expect to be offering the language pack for download shortly after the official launch on May 25th.

Flamer0n has ensured that Albanian for ThreatFire will be one of the first free Community Language Pack offered.

Thank you so much and this will now benefit all of our ThreatFire (and future ThreatFire) users from Albania.

Nice to hear that. I really think it should be reviewed, there might be some mistakes that I didn't notice, but I'll check again when I have time to correct them.

They will be reviewed for any major issues so no problem there. We will however be leaving it open for yourself or other Albanian users to suggest any alternative translations where they see fit.

The idea is if someone is using the product and doesn't agree with a term etc they can always come into the app and correct it.

Thanks

The Albanian version has been reviewed and it looks to be very high quality. There were a few spelling mistakes and some left out translations (Completely our fault as we are planning to break up some of the paragraphs of text into single lines). Really great stuff overall!!

What is in View Translations right now is of releasable quality.

The next step is a review for any layout issues due to text length etc. In the future this will be something volunteers will be able to help out with.

We also expect Turkish to be fully reviewed by the end of the week. Any delay was due to some character corruption issues on our side.

The order of release will still be as follows:

Turkish
Albanian
Finnish
Any languages that hit 100% after that

Thanks

I downloaded the file to see how translation fits, my overrall rating: OK.
I corrected some mistakes immediately after I noticed them.

1. CustomRules->TriggerAccessFlags (I Forgot here a space so the dialog to choose Execute,Write,Read,Create for a single file wouldn't appear, after correcting it in .lng file it worked.)
2.Language "English" wasn't anywhere so I noticed that I've mistaken word "English" for "albanian"
(I corrected Both 1,2 in PCTools Together Project in Web)

I think now you should update ProjectLanguage to add two more lines: Turkish,Albanian (Last lines where languages are located).
I have a question for new language packs: Are they going to be released with new version of ThreatFire?

Hi flamer0n--

Thanks for making those corrections so quickly! We really appreciate all your continued efforts.

Regarding how these language packs will be distributed, the community and user generated language packs will only be available through PC Tools Together (http://together.pctools.com) initially.

There are some different legal requirements for these user-generated packs, so we needed to provide a way for users to sign off on the required license agreement. We do hope to provide more integration with ThreatFire down the road, however, so that installing these packs is easier and more intuitive.

We are working on a way for users to download and install Turkish and Albanian (and any subsequent packs) directly from TF. Due to our development schedule though this will take us a bit longer to implement. But since you (and Saner) worked so quickly to get these first packs finished, we wanted to make sure other users could install them as quickly as possible.

We'll keep you posted on other developments as they progress.

Thanks again,
