Help Required with OE5 Registry Settings

I am looking for any information that will tell me all the registry keys and values (i.e: what they mean) so I can correct a fault in my version of OE5. I installed a program called LanguageMaster which translates text. It has messed up the fonts in my OE5 so it shows J instead of £ and the text size in the contacts pane is so small it is unreadable and other strange visuals. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling - but I want the Language Master program on as well and it just keeps overwriting something.

Any help would be really appreciated.
