When I load Getting Started page it says The requested page could not be found. Is this a bug?

Khim, that was one of the known ones listed above. The reason is that much of our help system that will be available at launch includes Video Help. As the app isn't 100% complete we can't record the videos.

These should be added in 1-2 weeks. (Certainly before the full launch on May 25th)

Definitely report any more bugs though and thanks!

Something must have gone wrong.
Followed all procedures yesterday and got in.
Today when entering user name and password (changed yesterday), login frame keeps returning.

The blog page on PC Tools together Beta is not working. I use firefox. Firefox said Network Timeout - The server at 166.98.112.11 is taking too long to respond.

Good catch...We have a prototype blog (Inside PC Tools) that can't be accessed from outside.

That will redirect correctly on Monday (5 Points will be added to your total)

Have you given translation a try yet khim?

Great, let me know if you find any issues.

There are two other bugs to report

1.) The change password may not be working correctly (See above). We are testing it and any issue should be fixed tomorrow (Monday)

2.) There are browser display issues in IE6 and Google Chrome. For the BETA you are best to use IE7 or later or Firefox (The others will be fixed for the May 25th release)

Thanks!

Not really a bug but top menu items are displayed in Times New Roman, which looks ugly. It should be consistent with PC Tools homepage menu items' font. I am using Google Chrome by the way.

The fonts should be the same in all browsers (and consistent between the main PC Tools site and PC Tools Together) so we will look into that.

Thanks

I don't know is this a bug or something else. For some reason the edit system doesn't work for me anymore. When I try correct some typos and change some translations to better ones I click "Edit", then I write the suggested translation ja put something to the reason for change box. Then I hit Save translation button but nothing really happens. It just says "Your suggested translation has been saved." But nothing has really happened and the old translation is still there. The edit system worked well when I started to translate but then something happened.

I have tried FF3 and IE8 but it didn't have any affect.

Thanks Doull - I'll try to reproduce this right now

I was able to reproduce this.

It looks like the first time you "Edit" it works but if you try to then "Edit" a second time it does not accept it.

We will try to fix this right away - I'll post again when its fixed.

I should note that I looked and your entries were successfully added - Its just a display issue so you should see the latest once fixed.

This has been fixed for anything being entered from this point on however any previous "Edits" are still not displayed. This will be corrected in the next 24 hours.

Thanks
