Thinking of making the switch

The only security software I have that isn't PC Tools is Avast. I'm thinking of upgrading from SD to SD with AV.
Any comments on how PCTAC stacks up against Avast?

At the risk of over-simplification,
Avast is a more effective and sophisticated AV,
Spyware Doctor is a more effective and sophistcated AS.

If SD and Avast are cooperating well, I would only change to SD+AV out of perverse curiosity. ;)

Thanks. That's what I figured. They are playing 99% well. One minor issue that just recently cropped up. It's being worked on.
