hi all

i got this pop up (please view the attached "to post.jpg") while i was updating my mailwasher pro this morning
i allowed it otherwise it wont complete the install.
is this for real that i have to worry or i can ignore it completely?
please help me to understand this

read my post" this is way to funny" make sure you read it all. SD has recently started flagging these things. Its now telling me that my virus software Avast is malware---ADWARE.ADSPONSOR
May not be related however I'm sure ACHEN will comment.
