explorer.exe keeps showing up

My Spyware Doctor scans keep turning up what it says it a Trojan Dropper, explorer.exe. It says it finds it in the XP System32 folder. So I'll run a scan, delete it, then a few days later run a scan again and it's back. Any clue to what this is and how to get rid of it permanently?

Try running the Microsoft Disk Cleanup utility, usually found in Accessories.

Use the More Option, System Restore cleanup.
