Active Desktop

K, for some reason, my active desktop html file is missing. Also the same day i can't use quicklaunch on my taskbar, i press it does'nt do anything. I'f i try to change backgrounds i get the can't find active desktop html file error.

msnp32.dll I haven't been able to get this to work 4ever, i tried everything except totally reinstalling windows, if someone knows something new to do that could help plz let me kno.

For the Active Desktop problem, go to Start>Run, and type:
regsvr32.exe shdoc401.dll

What do you mean Msnp32.dll is not working? Msnp32.dll refers to passwords and Microsoft networking.
