Help. How do I remove Trojan-Clicker.Agent!ct?

My spyware doctor has been blocking a threat called "Trojan-Clicker.Agent!ct" for a couple days now. It constantly blocks this threat, but when I run a scan it doesn't pick it up, so I cannot remove it. Does anybody know how to actually get Spyware Doctor to remove this threat, instead of just blocking it over and over again?

Could you please send us the file (zipped) that SD is detecting along with a history file and we'll check this out.

Good news I had the same exact thing on my system & it was a FP (I'd still what for AChen confirm this for you that this a FP), Bad news even after restoring the files I had to uninstall & reinstall Flash 10 because SD didn't restore the files right. I advise that you check the program that SD said is infected & make sure it still works right.
