GoneToPlaid posted a great post which you should read.
The common programs are:
Adobe Reader
Adobe Flash
Sun Java (you should only have one version, remove all others)
and I am sure that there are more to add to this list.
All these programs have to work together. Make sure that you have the latest versions of all the programs that you have installed.
