Bd dosen't work.

I have window vista, run with PCTIS,, my browser Defender dosen't work,
I tried to uninstalled and installed back but when I start internet Explorer the Browser Defender bar not comes on top,

Please help me.

What version of Internet Explorer are you using? Do you have any other 3rd-party toolbars (like Google, Yahoo, etc)?

Browser Defender works, ... you might have to manually show / enable Browser Defender via Internet Explorer Toolbars area.

Browser Defender doesn't support the 64-bit version of Internet Explorer, but if you using the 32-bit version of Internet Explorer, which you probably prefer since only version that supports currently the Flash plugin and various other plugins. And up until recently ... Sun Java SE.

I am using 32-bit, it was working ok but after get some new update it's stop working.

As you mentioned I try to go to Internet Explorer tool--toolbar--I can see bd but I can't click to it.

Seems like another application/product update is blocking the toolbar. Could you try uninstalling and reinstalling BD in safemode and see if this works?

What version of BD were you running before the update and what version are you running now?

When you uninstalled and reinstalled BD, make sure you delete the folder c:\program files\Browser Defender if it still exists after the uninstall.
