Does pc tools cause problems when downloading service pak 3 for xp?

Wasnt sure where to post this, but I installed pc on my work computer a couple weeks ago. My manager installed windows serice pak 3 over the weekend. Now when we use our company software, it only lets her sign in. Everyone else it says access denied. Can anyone tell me if it has anything to do with having PC tools Antivirus???? Thanks!!

hey, well im not an expert at this but i've had service pack 3 for a while and SD w/ AV and no problems so i'm guessing your problem is coming from somewhere else but still wait for an answer from the team just to be sure

Hmm...since your manager can sign in, hopefully she has full administrator rights. Maybe all she has to do is reassign passwords for the other user accounts on the computer. Just a guess.
