WOW! I don't know why I keep on supporting PC Tools year after year?!
I suppose I keep on hoping for some sort of miracle each time I'm in need of assistance from the official support team... Just to be reminded that oh yes: THERE IS NO SUPPORT for paying customers! Silly me!
One would think that with offices situated in Ireland, The USA and Australia they'd have this thing figured out by now... You know: respond to email maybe, do something about the open support tickets maybe... Just make your customers want to come back year after year and NOT make them regret doing business with you each time they need some assistance!
Incredible how other companies seem to manage making money AND keeping the customers happy at the same time!
It's not a lot I ask for, really...

Problem solved! Do feel however that official support could be a lot better, and faster...

Great for you now what about my problem? I am seeing how great the support is. I wait 3-4 days for an email response just to do something that I have already tried or isn't effective. My support ticket is no longer accessible online, don't know why that is. I emailed Pc Tools and told them but so far I have no answer.
So I come here to find an answer to my Media Center connection problem (SD is blocking the connection somehow) and after almost 2 days I have no responces.
I loved SD when I had XP x32 professional. SD found many problems that Norton and McAfee could not. But now I have Vista x64, and have waited for 7 months (since I got vista) to have SD with A/V (and also bought Reg Mechanic) just to have my media center quit working. Very frustrating I tell ya. Someone have an answer...Achen???
