hello,

i am trying to install the latest edition of spyware Doctor. I download the file fine and it runs perfect, but when it says to update the database...i click to update and i always get the error update failed.

The bad thing is the program won't load until you do the update. But i cant update the database therefore, the program never runs an di have limited access to the options that are available to me.

i dont have norton or the nVIDIA issue. I have searched and read solutions to this and they dont work.

i am running windows vista home premium. I have nod32 smart security.

please help.

tried it. doesnt work.

i right clicked on the spyware doctor icon in the taskbar after installation and under Registered to it says this:

VAN HELSING
HFDA7Q-CFYG5B-0YWBGW-XUUT5W-RW6A5R-QDMZ4T

i didnt even register it yet to any one.

I made sure after uninstalling the program and then reinstalling that there were no registry keys left or a folder in the programs...still...no luck.

please help.

Here is your problem. Someone installed SD with an invalid or someone elses license and it has probably expired..

You need to open a trouble ticket with PCTools and tell them this.

They need to give you a fix.
