PCAV kills internet connection that uses proxy

After installing newest version 6.0.0.18 , my internet connection fails, can't surf the internet :(. In my office, internet connection uses proxy. I have no other security software installed (except ThreatFire). After uninstalling PCTools Antivirus, everything goes back to normal.
Any idea?

Did you install 6.0.0.18 after removing another AV product or an earlier version of PCTAV?

Is your proxy server transparent?

Two things I remember about PC Tools AV.


It doesn't support Fast User Switching
It doesn't have settings for local proxy.

If this means that the PC Tools LSP effectively blocks internet traffic via any non-transparent proxy server, then there is probably no workaround.

Could you try disabling Email Guard-> Reboot and see if this helps.

I'm sorry I didn't reply for long time. I tried to disable Email guard but still the same. There's an error message popping up when Windows starts first time after installing PC AV, I've Ctrl+C the text from MessageBox:

Could it be that ActiveSync is involved in this?
