Vista Business 64 Bit Problems

1st Problem:
When I logoff or try to switch user it goes to a black screen with no signal and stays there until I hit my reset button. Uninstalled SD6 and the problem was solved. Because i need it (and paid for it) i installed it again.

2nd Problem:
Every time i start my computer it comes up and says Intelliguard activated and asks me for a intelli scan.

Any Help for this ?

Your first problem has been reported previously. Which version are you using as the 2nd problem should have been resolved in the public release. Otherwise, does Spyware Doctor take a long time to start?

Does not take long to start. i got vista business 64 bit and SD 6.0.1.440

These are both known issues for SD on 64 bit Vista. We are currently looking into the 1st issue and the 2nd (intelliscan at startup) will be resolved in the next major release.

The Support told me yesterday this problem is solved. But i still got the same problem

Any did everything the support said. Uninstall -> Manual delete old files -> New Install -> Turn of (Scan at Startup)

But it still doesnt work...

Any Help now ?

We had a problem with the 32 bit OS with switching users previously, but a fix was released (Support must have been referring to this fix), however, on a 64 bit OS, the problem is still ongoing. I just checked and this is still currently being looked into. Apologies for not being able to provide an update yet.

no problem, i hope this will be fixed soon. it's a bit annoying to shut down the computer when you want to change users...

And the Intelli-Scan Info everytime you start windows is annoying, too...

As far as I know, there should be a new build released sometime next week. I don't know if it specifically fixes your issue, hopefully it will.
