Hello,
I just purchased a license copy of Spyware Doctor w/AV. The install went well, but it forces a smart update before I can enter my license key. The program can never load or work due to a force update. How can I insert my license code if the program forces an update.
I had an earlier that someone installed for me. I am not sure if this is the issue. I un-installed all versions, deleted and reg. entries that pertained to either pctools or sypware doctor.
Still nothing.
I will attempt on another computer, but I need it to work on my notebook.
Any help would be appreicated.

The problem is that you had someone install an earlier version with a different license code on your laptop.
You need to PM AChen for a fix.

Hello,
Thanks for your assist, I think the old code is bogust (not sure) this is why I decided to purchase a license code directly from PC-tools instead. My previous version was giving issues, so I thought I would purchase a brand new copy to prevent these issues.
