Hi everyone,
when trying to go from XP SP2 to SP3 on various HP desktop & laptop machines the service pack install fails.
Process of elimination has found this is due to Spyware Doc Enterprise being "not fully compatible" (refer Microsoft link below) with the service pack.
PC Tools tech helpdesk advised that as the Enterprise edition isn't currently being developed there is no timeline of when this issue will be investigated let alone resolved.
Has anyone found a work around other then having to un-install Spyware Doc, install SP3, then re-install Spyware Doc?
