View Full Version : Intuit Quickbooks 2009

I have ver 6.0.1.440 SD w/ antivirus on my computers. Saturday IO updated Quickbooks to 2009. After doing that everything has slowed down when trying to read any data on the peer to peer terminal that the Quickbooks data files are on.
I shut off the messaging that is built into this verison on QB. did not help.
I tried shutting off the intelliguard, one item at a time but with all it's modules shut off the system still is slow or will not allow access to files.
the only answer that has worked is to disable intelliguard perminately. I do not like that.
The Sd ver .440 was installed about a week before and gave no problems with Quicbooks 2008 version.
Intuit does not say that the program has been tested with PCTOOLS.
I am sure QB changed some setting but I do not know where to look.

**Update - We've managed to recreate the problem :) So this has now been forwarded to the developers for a solution. Many thanks for the info.

Thank you for proving what I thought was correct.
I will leave the .440 installed at this time and run full scan each night for a couple of days.
I found a copy of SD back one update. I will put it back in Saturday if you do not have an answer.
