OutLook 2007 & SD 6.1.0.440

For the last two days I have had major problems with SD and Outlook 2007.

All emails send, some how have been striped of there content!

I can send email correctly only if I disable SD. Is any one else having this problem? Does any one know whats going on?

Are incoming emails ok?
When sending emails, what is being stripped? the text and/or attachments?

Could you try sending an email to yourself and see what you receive. Can you also forward me this email?

Could you also go to IntelliGuard-> Email guard-> try unticking the checkboxes for 'Scan e-mail messages when you receive them', Scan e-mail messages when you send them' and 'Mark e-mail messages as checked by Spyware Doctor' and see if this helps.

all are stripped.

I have lost some customers, over the last two days due to email problems with SD. I'm not happy something has changed in version 440 of SD.

Is anyone else having prolems with email and SD?

Couple of things to check:

Do you have the latest Service Pack for Office 2007? If not, please get it as it fixes a lot of bugs.

Do you have any Outlook addins like Plaxo? Some like Plaxo have caused problems. Check your addins, you can temporarily disable them and test your mail again.

Thanks for your advise, this system is upto date with service packs. Also I don't have any addins enabled.

My fix is to uninstall SD x.x.440 and roll back to x.x.36x.

I have also check with my mail provider and there are no problems at the mail server end, they tell me that the problem can only be with SD acting to the emails.
