smart update problem

hi i have spyware doctor with antivirus..

when i first installed it i can't update so i searched youtube for solutions..
then i found this one and followed the instructions...

..then maybe 3 days or a week later its kinda wierd...their always pop up that smart update is failed.. and whenever i do it manually..i click smart update then next...then came always is this "spyware doctor database and status is
19.06 mb..then aftert finishing i tried smart update again...and again.. there it is again "spyware doctor database and status is still 19.06 mb...is this normal??? hmmmmm.....:confused:

Getting Spyware Doctor solutions from youtube sounds dubious to me. I don't even trust it to open your link.

I would try uninstalling SD/AV, remove the \program files\spyware doctor folder, download and reinstall SD/AV from this site.

I've checked your link and found that the link in youtube provide a SD License reset tool. I've checked the signature of the file and it seems that it is from PC Tools. Maybe the owner of the youtube video got it from PC Tools support.

Anyway did you enter in your license details or the details in youtube page? If you happened to enter other license details then yours, please follow the procedure again and reset your license once again. Then enter in YOUR license details.

Are you able to click on Help/About in SD?
If so, could you click on this and then send me a Private Message with the license code that is displayed and we can then go from there.
