Updates and email question

Before trying this software I have a couple of questions.

Has the frequency of the virus definitions increased to a daily updating?

Does a message show up in both the incoming and outgoing emails that a virus scan was done?

The updates are more frequent (5 times a week) and there is an option in the Email Guard settings to enable/disable tagging on incoming and outgoing messages.

Are these updates automatically downloaded and installed or do I have to answer prompts?
If I have to reply what's the use to have them downloaded automatically?

Off topic question.
I use Firefox and if I want to use the Rapid reply the box for this is greyed out. In other words it is not a usable function.

Go to settings, smart update action and choose how you would like to manage the smart update process.
