Uninstalled 5.0.1.1 and installed 6.0.0.17 on 2 PCs yesterday. Was (happily) offered neither of the above. Are they offered only with a completely fresh, i.e. no previous version ever, install?

If you do not have the Google Toolbar or RM installed, then you will receive the notification to install both. If you have RM installed, then you will not receive the notification and vice versa.

Both PCs have Registry Mechanic 4.0 installed but neither have Google Toolbar. I'm still happy not to have prompted to install either but maybe the big "G" would not be. :D
