Update problem With PC Tools Antivirus

Hi all.

I installed PCTAV yesterday. But It has a problem with the update ; it says me that ''no smart update run'',but i have run the smart update. See the image to understand what i want to mean.. :o .

Moreover, i have another problem; it is the same problem that i have with TF; I have described it here : http://www.pctools.com/forum/showthread.php?t=55909 .

P.S I have change the image;now there is the correct image.

I've just tested this but couldn't recreate the problem. GUI is showing "Last Update was today". Tested with version 5.0.1.1, db v10.100.082 on Windows XP. What operating system are you running?

Hi Achen.

My Operative system is Windows XP Home Edition Service pack 3 1,6 Ghz 1GB Ram. Another problem is that, when I update PC Tools Antivirus, Windows Security Center says mee that :''PC Tools Antivirus is not update'' . I need to re-click on smart update,so PCTAV says me that it is already update and then the Windows Security center Alert disappear.

I remember I had that problem before are you running any firewall?

The Windows Security issue should now be resolved, try running a Smart Update. Regarding the next "Last Update GUI issue... I cannot recreate this and I have tested this on different PC's. You could possibly try uninstalling and reinstalling PCTAV to see if this resolves the issue?

I try to uninstall and reinstall it,but this not resolve this issue.

I tried also to install it in other 2 computers, but there is always the same problem.
